Question by clearlovepink: Seafood recipes…?
My fiance and I love seafood. I don’t mind cooking it at home… it’s just that I really don’t have any recipes for anything other than Tilapia. Do you by any chance know of any good recipes involving shrimp, lobster, crab legs, scallops, etc. If not, do you know where I can find some really good seafood recipes?

1 pound fresh bay scallops
2 teaspoons minced garlic

Stir together 1/2 cup lime juice, honey, and cilantro in a large bowl. Toss together with avocado, seafood mixture, black beans, onion, and corn. Cover and chill 2 hours. Place evenly on tortillas, and roll.
Note: We used yellow corn tortillas, red chile flour tortillas, and spinach flour tortillas for these sandwiches.
